Your Team Responsibilities

The Onboarding Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational needs of prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders across several key functions, including new client onboarding, project management, and the administration of user access within the Private i and Total Plan platforms. This position is integral to ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client data throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate client onboarding implementations from initiation through completion, supporting project planning, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and transition to ongoing operations while ensuring agreed timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, milestones, and action items, proactively tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and outstanding decisions and coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep onboarding activities on schedule.
  • Serve as a key coordination point throughout the onboarding lifecycle, facilitating communication across clients, implementation teams, operations, product, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations are clearly understood.
  • Configure and maintain client-specific data within the Private i and Total Plan platforms with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, data governance standards, implementation requirements, and quality controls.
  • Provide client support by responding to team-specific inquiries and service requests, leveraging CRM and other workflow tools to track, manage, prioritize, and document interactions effectively.
  • Collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams, coordinating activities across regions and time zones and maintaining accountability for assigned deliverables and project commitments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the onboarding and implementation framework by identifying opportunities to standardize processes, improve project visibility, reduce manual activities, strengthen controls, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain a strong client-centric mindset, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, ownership, and clear communication throughout the onboarding process and in ongoing internal and external interactions.
  • Adapt effectively to evolving business requirements, platform enhancements, process changes, and new technologies, supporting their integration into onboarding and implementation workflows.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a demonstrated record of academic excellence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, automation) are strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI or GenAI tools is a plus and will support ongoing modernization initiatives.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of self-motivation.

  • Strong aptitude for learning and adopting new software, technologies, and workflows.

  • Experience in process optimization or refinement is beneficial.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive initiatives forward.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, particularly as new technologies and processes are introduced.

  • Collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a curiosity-driven approach to exploring new tools, automation opportunities, and best practices.
