Your Team Responsibilities

Commercial Product Leader – Americas is responsible for driving the commercial success, strategic growth, and market adoption of the firm’s Private Assets product portfolio across North and Latin America. This executive serves as the primary commercial leader for the region, partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Coverage, Marketing, Research, and Client Success to translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that product strategy is aligned with client needs, competitive dynamics, and regional market trends. The Executive Director will lead a high-performing commercial product team while acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, key clients, and strategic partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the Americas commercial strategy for the Private Assets product suite.
Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, expansion, and retention across institutional investors, asset managers, wealth platforms, banks, consultants, and alternative investment firms.
Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and commercialization strategies that accelerate adoption.
Own regional commercial performance, including pipeline development, bookings support, adoption metrics, and strategic growth initiatives.

Product Commercialization

Lead regional go-to-market strategy for new product launches and enhancements.
Partner with global Product Management to prioritize regional requirements and ensure client feedback informs the product roadmap.
Develop compelling value propositions, messaging, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
Ensure sales teams have the tools, training, and market intelligence needed to position products effectively.

Client & Market Leadership

Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic client relationships.
Represent the organization at executive client meetings, industry conferences, and thought leadership events.
Maintain deep knowledge of the evolving private markets ecosystem, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, venture capital, secondaries, and fund analytics.
Monitor competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and market trends to shape commercial strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Build strong partnerships across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Client Success, Research, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Influence global product investment priorities based on regional market demand.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that improve client outcomes and commercial performance.
Foster collaboration across global teams to ensure consistent execution and market alignment.

Team Leadership

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial product organization.
Coach senior leaders and individual contributors while creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and client focus.
Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans aligned with business priorities.

Business Management

Own regional forecasting, commercial planning, and performance reporting.
Track key performance indicators including revenue growth, adoption, pipeline influence, client satisfaction, and product utilization.


Develop business cases supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Proven commercial leadership in private markets — Deep knowledge of private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, venture capital, secondaries, and fund analytics, with a track record of driving revenue growth and client adoption in institutional or alternative investment channels.
  • Go-to-market and product commercialization expertise — Experience leading regional GTM strategy for product launches, including pricing, messaging, and competitive positioning, ideally partnering with global product management teams to translate client feedback into roadmap priorities.
  • Executive-level client relationship management — History serving as a trusted advisor or executive sponsor to senior client stakeholders, with strong presence representing an organization at industry conferences and high-stakes client meetings.
  • Cross-functional leadership and influence — Demonstrated ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, Research, and Client Success around shared commercial goals, and to influence global investment priorities based on regional market demand.
