Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI Sustainability and Climate is a fast growing business and our clients span some of the world's largest banks, hedge funds, pension funds and asset managers and corporate. In this exciting and dynamic environment, you will have a rare opportunity to experience buidling a sales staretegy at first hand at a leading US NYSE listed firm, using AI as a busibess acceleartion tool. This opportunity is aimed to contribute expanding and increasing the usage of the industry-leading suite of products and services that support the integration of environmental, social and governance (Sustainability) factors into investment decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Help building a sales staretegy with AI in Sustainability and Cliamte products in Japan thorugh:

  • analysing the gap between our capability and clients' usage
  • analysing the challenges clients are facing, including evloving regulatory environments
  • building use cases per product and client segent

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

 

  • Experience or good knowlege in AI
  • Experience and/or understanding of Sustainability
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Absolute personal and business integrity
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial, customer orientated thinker with strong consultative sales drive
  • A team builder and player with emotional and professional maturity
  • A commercially minded individual with drive and capacity to manage a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Oral and written fluency in English required
  • Experience in a commercial/sales position in financial services is a plus
