In this exciting and dynamic environment, you are responsible as an MSCI Sustainability Consultant for experiene of clients and prospects.
To succeed in the role a consultant must have proven abilities to develop strong working relationships with external clients, learn MSCI Sustainability and climate solutions and guide clients to better use those solutions in the context of each client specific requirements also leveraging other MSCI Analytics, Index or Private Assets solutions.
Consultants are adaptable, eager problem solvers, and able to lead cross-organization projects in highly diverse teams. Great communications skills are a must as they represent MSCI ESG and Climate to all levels of client management.
Responsibilities cover a wide spectrum including proactive account management and client communication, account retention rates, and pre-sales activities when needed. In the pre-sales role, the Consultants partners with the sales team, bringing industry and product expertise to advanced client meetings. After a client has begun using MSCI Sustainability solutions, the Consultant owns and manages the client experience, which entails offering proactive support, expertise on MSCI Sustainability solutions and market insights relevant to each client use case.
