Our team is responsible for the successful execution of MSCI’s Index operating plan, as well as the delivery of One MSCI product launches. We serve as the driving force behind key initiatives, taking ownership of projects and representing senior leadership’s vision as if they were directly present.
We lead multiple initiatives in parallel, working closely and collaboratively across functions to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Our role requires us to step in where needed to address gaps and prevent projects from derailing, while also ensuring those gaps are sustainably resolved for future initiatives.
We proactively anticipate potential obstacles and take action early to mitigate risks before they impact progress. When unexpected challenges arise, we quickly bring together the right stakeholders and decision-makers to realign, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
Through strong ownership, foresight, and cross-functional collaboration, our team ensures the successful delivery of strategic priorities and drives impact across the organization.
Your key responsibilities include interpreting requirements from senior Index Product leaders and translating them into clear, actionable business requirements for Program Managers to scope product and project efforts effectively. This role requires a strong ability to bridge strategic intent with execution, ensuring alignment between leadership vision and delivery teams.
You support product strategy while coordinating cross-functional initiatives, playing a central role in driving execution across multiple stakeholders. This includes overseeing index-related initiatives such as new product launches and client-driven enhancements, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with strategic priorities.
