For high-volume temporary labor engagements, you will support demand fulfillment by managing supplier selection, rate competitiveness, onboarding readiness, and compliance requirements.
You will ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance standards, and required risk assessments that govern the engagement of professional services and contingent labor. You will also incorporate sustainability considerations into supplier selection and ongoing supplier management where applicable.
You will Support the transition to a Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent labor by adapting sourcing and operational processes as the tool is implemented in 2026.
