  • Build and strengthen relationships with wealth managers, private banks and asset managers.
  • Act as an investment specialist, engaging clients on portfolio construction, market themes and investment implementation.
  • Explain and prototype index-based investment approaches across equities, fixed income, ESG, factors and multi-asset strategies.
  • Partner with research, strategy, product and sales teams to deliver consistent investment insights and client engagement.
  • Contribute to investment thought leadership and thematic content shared across regions.
  • Support client discussions through market insights, use cases and client feedback.
  • Advance the OneMSCI agenda by leveraging expertise across indexes, analytics, data and portfolio implementation capabilities.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Minimum seven years of experience within asset management, private banking or a related investment-focused environment.
  • Experience in portfolio management, fund selection, investment strategy, portfolio construction or a similar investment role.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio implementation and index-based investing, including ETFs and mutual funds.
  • Knowledge of equity, fixed income, factor, sustainability and climate, thematic and multi-asset investment approaches.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior investment professionals and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate investment insights into client-focused discussions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Existing relationships within the Swiss wealth management or private banking community are advantageous.
  • Programming knowledge (Python, VBA or SQL) is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is an advantage.
