Your Team Responsibilities

Scope of Responsibility / Expectation

Working as part of a growing team of Private Assets analysts who provide real estate direct property indexes, benchmarks, performance analysis reports, Climate risk analysis, and custom/bespoke analysis to global real estate asset managers and asset owners.

This role is critical to managing BAU production of Climate VaR products within Private Assets, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance scalability. The role requires strong subject-matter expertise and effective stakeholder and client management to maintain high quality and client centricity. With a sharp increase in new onboardings, this position is essential to manage growing volumes while driving the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.

Client-specific needs require human judgment for setup, troubleshooting, and handling exceptions.
Data quality and governance oversight must be performed by a specialist to validate AI outputs and manage risks.
Model training and monitoring require ongoing human supervision to maintain accuracy and address issues AI cannot identify on its own.
Cross-functional coordination with technology, product, and client teams relies on human decision-making and communication.

 

  • Tracking and monitoring various news sources and third-party data providers for commercial Real Estate transactions.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and/or funds and their product deliverables.
  • Collate Emissions and energy consumption information and prepare climate risk reports based on MSCI models.
  • Address client queries related to funds, analyze, and amend in accordance with data methodologies
  • Provide be-spoke analysis if/when requested by clients
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and local market teams
  • Participate and deliver on the assigned projects, as per milestones
  • Drive efficiency by getting involved in Process Improvement initiatives with the help of AI driven solutions 
  • Apply problem-solving skills to identify innovative work-flow efficiencies and enhance processes with the help of AI.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Specific Knowledge/Skills

  • Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is mandatory
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel skills (required) and knowledge of SQL/AI/VBA/Python skills (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Climate Risk metrics and regulatory requirements within different markets.
  • Fluency in any foreign language is a plus

Desired Experience

  • 0-4 years of work experience in financial services

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors in any finance or engineering-related discipline are required; a management degree is a plus
