We are seeking an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join our Sustainability & Climate Development team. As part of a global team you will collaborate in cross-functional teams to build and improve our industry-leading Climate, Net-Zero and Sustainability solution
Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure to complement GCP capabilities and support Sustainability platforms.
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines across both GCP and Azure, ensuring consistent, secure, and reliable delivery workflows.
Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions Terraform to standardize and automate cloud resource management.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across multi-cloud deployments supporting high-throughput data processing.
Partner with engineering, data, research, QA, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps tooling and operational practices.
Implement robust monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions using GCP tools (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging) and existing Azure stack.
Enhance platform resilience and security posture, including identity, access control, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
Support migration or integration efforts between legacy systems, Azure-based components, and new GCP-enabled environments.
Champion DevOps, SRE, and automation best practices to increase development velocity and operational maturity.
Drive adoption of modern AI-enhanced developer tools to streamline operational tasks, improve debugging, and accelerate delivery.
Deep hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including AKS, storage accounts, postgres as a service.
Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services, enabling effective multi-cloud operations and architectural alignment with existing practices.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Cloud Build, Argo, etc.).
Hands-on experience with container orchestration, especially Kubernetes (GKE, AKS) and related ecosystem tools (Helm, Kustomize).
Expertise in infrastructure-as-code frameworks, such as Terraform, for multi-cloud environment provisioning.
Solid grasp of cloud networking, security, and compliance standards, including VPC design, firewalls, IAM, secrets management, and policy-as-code.
Familiarity with data engineering or big-data pipelines in Python, Spark, or similar environments is a strong advantage.
Experience implementing advanced observability stacks, such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or GCP Monitoring/Logging.
Comfort working in automated, high-velocity engineering environments, leveraging agentic AI tools to improve productivity and system understanding.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to influence engineering teams and guide cloud best practices.
