Your Team Responsibilities

The Client Request Management team supports Client Product Delivery through business projects, data analysis, and incident management escalations. This team also develops collateral for technical announcements for clients. The team excels in organizational and project management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and effective communication. The group collaborates with various departments and leverages global resources and expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide support for business projects data analysis and Testing campaigns. Help with developing collateral for Announcements and Presentations.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of spreadsheet tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to move multiple projects forward.
  • Strong communication skills for both internal and external communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
