  • Evaluate and interpret data surfaced by automated tools, exercising expert judgment to confirm its contextual relevance and reliability before integration into a real estate intelligence database, ensuring that nuanced market factors and proprietary methodology are accurately reflected.
  • Investigate and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies identified by AI-supported QA systems, applying contextual reasoning and market expertise to determine appropriate resolutions where issues may appear similar but require tailored, case-specific corrective actions.
  • With client needs and business objectives in mind, guide enhancements of AI-supported data tools and workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with third-party data vendors, providing qualitative feedback on vendor data quality, and supporting the assessment of potential alternative vendors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of DACH real estate trends, building a deeper understanding of market context that supports accurate interpretation of data insights.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience in data research, using various data collection and validation techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
  • Fast learner with a logical, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes, timelines, and client needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery.
  • Passionate about the real estate industry, particularly in the DACH markets.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools to support research and streamline workflows.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
