The Senior Associate – Coverage Finance will play a critical role in supporting/driving Operational excellence through metric driven management and Innovation & Automation leveraging AI and BI tools to bring in efficiency in our processes and drive decision making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with business and finance stakeholders across regions to driven discussions on Operating metrics, Expenses, Asset allocation (headcount). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial modeling, BI Tools, develop executive presentations to synthesize complex data into clear, concise board level materials, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Drive operational excellence by implementing metric-driven management practices and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Partner with Coverage Leadership to provide financial insights that support client coverage strategies, revenue growth, and productivity goals.
Monitor and analyze revenue performance, pipeline trends, and client profitability to identify opportunities and risks.Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment between financial targets and business priorities.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business planning and strategic discussions
Partner with business and finance stakeholders across regions to analyze operating metrics, expenses, and headcount allocation.
Deliver insightful executive presentations and board-level materials, simplifying complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Provide analytical and strategic support for expense management, productivity tracking, and resource optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, alignment of financial insights, and effective communication of key performance drivers.
Lead innovation and automation efforts using AI and BI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across Coverage Finance.
CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
Around 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion) preferred.
Adept at developing executive presentations and synthesizing complex data into clear, concise board-level materials.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
