Your Team Responsibilities

The Transformation Associate is pivotal in driving process innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable data capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business needs and technical delivery, playing a hands-on role in requirement gathering, workflow design, tool development, and solution implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs across product, data, and coverage teams.
  • Translate qualitative insights into clear business and functional requirements.
  • Design, test, and implement scalable workflows and tools that enhance productivity and reduce manual overhead.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align tool development with architectural and data standards.
  • Act as a bridge between program management, engineering, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support change management activities and facilitate training and adoption for new tools and processes.
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives that enable faster delivery of insights, enhanced client service, and better data transparency.
  • Work closely with data leads to identify and prototype solutions that drive value.
  • Provide oversight and ongoing enhancement of AI-powered extraction prompts to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with operational objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, tools, and transformation initiatives.
  • Support data governance and quality assurance as part of ongoing transformation programs.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Undergraduate degree – Majors in Finance, Investment Management, Accounting, Business Management & Information Systems
  • Post-graduate qualifications advantageous, e.g. CFA, CAIA
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, product operations, or a related role
  • Familiarity with financial markets, accounting practices and alternative assets (private capital & hedge funds)
  • Database application experience advantageous
  • Strong communication skills required
