Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI is looking for a Product Manager to join our Commercial Product team, supporting growth across EMEA and APAC. This role is designed to turn data into insights, structure knowledge management systems, and develop materials that drive our sustainability and climate business forward. You will work closely with the Regional Commercial Product Manager and cross-functional teams to help shape strategy, enhance client engagement, and support pricing governance.

 

Your Team Responsibilities

You will be part of the Commercial Product function, working alongside colleagues in sales, research, marketing, and client service. The team focuses on identifying growth opportunities, refining our sustainability and climate offerings, and ensuring our strategies align with client needs and market dynamics. You will play a critical role in providing the insights, tools, and materials that enable the team to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyze data from Salesforce, Power BI, meeting notes, and other sources. 
  • Develop knowledge management system and structure. 
  • Identify and track commercial trends, risks, and opportunities across EMEA and APAC.  
  • Support collateral development. 
  • Create polished, insight-driven presentations for senior leadership. 
  • Maintain reporting dashboards aligned to business objectives. 
  • Turn fragmented data into actionable insights and strategic materials for decision-makers.

     

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  •  2–5 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Client Service.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills; Salesforce and Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or CFA a plus.
  • English required; an additional language is an advantage.
