Position Summary

We are looking for a Presales Specialist to join our Wealth Solutions team, with a core focus on driving growth through expert engagement with Wealth Managers, Private Banks, and Family Offices. The ideal candidate combines deep Wealth domain knowledge—especially in Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) and Advisory services—with technical fluency, risk management acumen, and consulting skills to deliver compelling product demonstrations, lead complex client solutioning, and help institutions scale their investment platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and business, supporting our clients’ transformation and growth by showcasing how our risk, performance, and advisory tools can unlock value across their workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Presales Leadership: Own and drive the presales process across multiple client engagements—from discovery and qualification to solutioning, demo, and handoff.
  • Product Demonstrations: Plan and lead high-impact demonstrations of our wealth platform capabilities, particularly around portfolio analytics, risk management, model alignment, and performance measurement. Taking responsibility for maintaining a compelling demo environment and playing an active role in
  • DPM & Advisory Expertise: Serve as a domain expert on discretionary and advisory workflows. Partner with CIO teams, Investment Advisors, Private Bankers, and Relationship Managers to align our solutions with their portfolio construction, proposal generation, and monitoring needs.
  • Complex Deal Structuring: Work with the sales team to support the lifecycle of the deal by co-ordinating across product, legal, and implementation teams to shape offerings that meet both technical and commercial requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts and pre-deal projects—planning milestones, coordinating resources, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the presales journey.
  • Wealth Workflow Consulting: Provide guidance on how clients can enhance operational efficiency and front-office productivity using our tools—enabling better client engagement, portfolio scalability, and margin optimization.
  • Client Enablement: Develop compelling narratives, sales collateral, and strategic pitch materials that clearly communicate how our solutions support client business goal
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between clients and internal product teams, channelling insights into roadmap conversations and influencing future capabilities.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing roles within WealthTech, FinTech, or investment management.
  • Deep knowledge of Wealth Management business models, including revenue levers, service models (discretionary, advisory, execution-only), and the role of the RM and CIO office.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or selling into DPM teams, investment advisory desks, or front-office wealth professionals.
  • Solid understanding of risk analytics, wealth portfolio construction, and performance reporting.
  • Strong project leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a sales or client-facing context.
  • Technologically fluent—comfortable with broad data integration concepts, APIs, and working with platforms such as Avaloq, Addepar, Temenos, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex topics and drive engagement with technical and business audiences alike.
  • Client centric Consulting mindset: structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
