Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Client Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, the sales team ensures clients receive tailored solutions that support better investment decisions. Their deep understanding of financial markets and institutional client needs positions them as trusted advisors in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
We’re looking for a passionate Junior Salesperson to join our fast-paced, high-energy sales team. This is your chance to break into the world of sales, learn from experienced professionals, and help shape the future of our business.
As a Junior SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—sparking conversations, uncovering needs, and opening doors for our senior sales team. You’ll be supported with training, tools, and mentorship to help you grow quickly and confidently.
You Will be working closely with account excutives to increase exposure and overall penedration into new and existing accounts.
Day to day tasks will incorportate the following:
Increase Lead Generation Capacity
Focus on outbound prospecting and lead qualification, ensuring a steady flow opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
Improve Efficiency and Focus
By offloading early-stage sales activities, our Account Executives can concentrate on high-value tasks such as nurturing relationships and closing deals, ultimately improving conversion rates and revenue.
Accelerate Pipeline Growth
With consistent outreach and follow-up, you will help us build and maintain a healthier pipeline, reducing the risk of revenue gaps and enabling more predictable forecasting.
Create a Scalable Sales Structure
