Your Team Responsibilities

The Vice President of Program Management for Private Assets is a horizontal program management role focused on AI-powered solutions. This role provides structure, ownership, and roadmap clarity for AI-powered solutions and cross-cutting capabilities that support multiple platforms. You will drive delivery across Private Assets by leading the development, integration, and scaling of foundational AI and automation capabilities that deliver measurable impact across product lines.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, and Design teams to deliver scalable, consistent, and client-centric AI solutions. These may include generative AI for data insights, AI-driven document processing, predictive analytics for forecasting, and intelligent workflow automation. This role is critical in eliminating ambiguity, accelerating innovation, and ensuring that platform teams can integrate AI capabilities effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and influence the long-term AI strategy for Private Assets, aligning technology direction with enterprise goals and influencing senior leadership decisions on AI investments and priorities.
  • Own program delivery and coordination for AI-powered shared capabilities, ensuring alignment with platform roadmaps and business priorities.
  • Drive design and integration of AI-powered solutions across product lines, collaborating with stakeholders to define use cases, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering teams to ensure AI models are production-ready, integrated with secure data pipelines, and optimized for performance.
  • Work with Design to create intuitive, explainable, and user-centric AI interfaces, ensuring transparency and trust in AI outputs.
  • Monitor delivery milestones, AI model performance, and user adoption; manage risks related to data quality, bias, or regulatory compliance.
  • Establish clear governance for AI-enabled shared capabilities to reduce redundancy and improve scalability.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a platform, systems, or AI/ML environment.
  • Proven track record coordinating delivery across matrixed teams and technical domains, with successful delivery of AI-powered or data-intensive solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, LLMs), their enterprise application, and lifecycle from prototype to production.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, model bias, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Ability to map AI-enabled tooling into broader platform and user workflows with a focus on business value and user adoption.
  • Strong systems thinking, strategic planning, and dependency management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to align diverse teams to a common AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex AI concepts into clear, client-focused narratives.
