The Senior Associate – FP&A will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with business and finance stakeholders across regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Drive and manage the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports and dashboards.
Conduct detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support strategic planning initiatives, long-range forecasts, and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and business units.
Assist in standardizing and automating reporting and analytics processes.
Maintain and enhance financial models and planning tools to support business decisions.
Create and support executive-level presentations, including board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews.
Support ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and special projects as required.
CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
Around 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion) preferred.
Adept at developing executive presentations and synthesizing complex data into clear, concise board-level materials.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
