Your Team Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading coordinated program delivery for the GP Solutions segment within MSCI’s Private Assets business. This role owns program planning and delivery execution, helping to shape and scale a maturing segment. As a delivery leader, you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, define program structure, and drive execution rhythm across the segment’s roadmap.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to ensure delivery plans, requirements, and user experiences are clearly defined, well-aligned, and execution-ready. Through hands-on coordination and review, you’ll help ensure solutions meet client needs, delivery stays on track, and teams remain aligned from planning through execution. This role is instrumental in bringing structure, transparency, and delivery discipline to a strategically important and rapidly growing segment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program execution for GP Solutions, translating business priorities and client needs into actionable delivery plans
  • Partner with Product to shape and execute the roadmap and ensure readiness of scalable, differentiated solutions
  • Shape and validate requirements and design solutions to align with delivery goals and client experience expectations
  • Drive execution with Engineering, Data, and Research, aligning on milestones, quality, and delivery standards
  • Identify risks and cross-team dependencies; lead mitigation and maintain clear stakeholder communication
  • Ensure transparency and accountability through agile planning, Jira tracking, and program health metrics
  • Build strong partnerships to drive execution clarity, accelerate decisions, and maintain alignment
  • Contribute to strategic planning, investment prioritization, and continuous improvement of delivery practices

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 10+ years of experience in product or program management, preferably within product or platform environments
  • Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams and teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving strategic priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Data
  • Experience managing delivery metrics, roadmaps, OKRs, and resource planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
