MSCI is looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and commercially aware Commercial Learning Team Coordinator to support our rapidly growing Learning and Skills team. This pivotal role will act as the engine room of our Commercial Learning function, ensuring our programs run smoothly, stakeholders are aligned, and learning experiences are delivered at scale and on time. Working closely with Go-to-Market Learning Specialists, Sales Training Leads, and partners across Product, Marketing, and Client Coverage, you will bring structure, coordination, and communication excellence to a high-impact, high-visibility team that powers MSCI’s commercial capability.
Learning Project Management & Scheduling Training
Stakeholder & Council Coordination
Act as scribe and content owner for Learning Councils, feedback sessions, and regional enablement forums
Ensure follow-ups, decisions, and key actions are documented, tracked, and actioned
Liaise with Product, Marketing, R&D, and Client Coverage to align inputs and outputs into learning cycles
Commercial Learning Delivery Support
Support the smooth rollout of programs via scheduling, logistics, version control, and content QA
Help draft internal communications to promote learning initiatives and celebrate regional success
Support onboarding of new team members and readiness plans for learning platform/tool enhancements
2–4 years’+ experience in project coordination, learning coordination, client services, or enablement support
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder management and matrix leadership experience in a global firm
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across global teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management, and digital collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)
Experience in a learning, sales enablement, or commercial environment is highly desirable
