Your Team Responsibilities

The Real Assets Sales Specialist will be an integral member of a dynamic sales team that collaborates closely with investment analysts and marketing professionals. This role will involve active engagement with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across the organization.
 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing them with insights on real asset opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with research and investment teams to tailor proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning in the real assets sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and client education materials.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to proactively address client concerns and inform sales strategies.
  • Report on sales performance and key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within real assets, real estate, or infrastructure sectors, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and assess potential investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods relevant to real assets.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
