Your Team Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, and UX) to deliver high-quality, user-facing web applications.

  • Build and maintain .NET Core APIs for application logic and integration.

  • Implement backend workflows and business rules using SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by following best engineering practices.

  • Work closely with senior engineers and architects to align on patterns, tooling, and standards.

  • Contribute to unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production support tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and reusable UI components in ReactJS using modern frontend libraries and patterns.

  • Design and implement backend services in .NET Core, adhering to clean code and API design standards.

  • Write efficient SQL queries and manage data access logic for critical business operations.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and incident resolution with support from senior team members.

  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and development techniques.

  • Collaborate within the team to ensure timely and quality delivery of features and bug fixes.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 5–8 years of full stack development experience using:

    • ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Material UI)

    • .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, REST APIs

    • SQL Server, including joins, indexing, stored procedures, and basic optimization

  • Good understanding of OOP principles, component-based design, and RESTful architecture

  • Experience with version control tools like Git and basic CI/CD pipelines

  • Exposure to agile development practices (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)

  • Ability to follow design patterns (e.g., MVC, Repository) and work within defined architectures

  • Strong team collaboration, communication, and accountability

  • Enthusiastic learner, proactive problem-solver, and willing to grow under mentorship
