Based in Monterrey, the role provides local, regional and global support for our Compensation and Benefits plans and programs. Manages and supports the benefits and compensation programs to ensure consistency and competitiveness to achieve the organization’s goal to attract, identify, develop and retain a high performing and engaged workforce. Performs research and analysis on benefits and compensation policies and practices including, job evaluation, base salary, variable pay, internal equity, external market trends, and regulatory compliance. Develop collaborative employee, client and HR relationships to support effective and efficient compensation and benefits needs and services.
The role reports to a New York manager.

Possess strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Have excellent verbal and written communication abilities and be able to communicate at all levels within the organization

Build strong relationships across different functions within the organization
Be intellectually curious and driven to solve complex problems in an innovative manner, while also being able to communicate those solutions in a concise manner
Education and Experience:
College degree with 5-7 years of compensation/benefits experience
Experience in Local benefits and pension coordination and administration
Experience in regional/global reporting and detailed compensation analysis and proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines successfully
