The Research Content Marketing Team works with academically minded researchers to present complex information in a way that is engaging and accessible. Materials include content for company websites, blog posts, social media, video and podcasts that deliver research insights, and value of the firm as a whole, in a stand-out, compelling manner. The Research Content team sits within the broader Communications team and includes External and Internal Communications as well.
Project Scheduling & Tracking
Maintain and update the editorial and production calendar for research content.
Monitor content development timelines and flag potential delays.
Ensure alignment between research publication schedules and marketing timelines.
Meeting Leadership & Coordination
Lead weekly content production and calendar meetings.
Prepare and circulate agendas, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Serve as the point person for cross-departmental communication regarding project timelines and status.
Team Liaison
Facilitate coordination between research, editorial, legal, compliance, marketing, and design teams.
Ensure all parties are informed of content priorities, expectations, and deadlines.
Documentation & Compliance
Manage filing and tracking of all necessary paperwork, such as compliance reviews, publishing approvals, and distribution records.
Ensure that internal systems and databases are kept current and accurate.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content marketing operations.
Required Skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with research publishing processes or editorial workflows.
Understanding of compliance requirements in financial or professional services contexts.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) or marketing automation tools.
3+ years of experience in a project coordination, editorial administration, content operations, or similar role.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, drive accountability, and follow up on action items.
A collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Experience working with research, editorial, legal, or marketing teams is a strong plus.
