Your Team Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to help support our growth in the Monterrey and Mexico City office as a part of the Americas Talent Acquisition team by attracting top talents to join MSCI.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new potential candidates for a broad variety of positions
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to intimately grasp the qualification criteria of open and future roles, including required skill sets, technologies, experience, education, etc
  • Utilizing a variety of channels and tools to identify and engage passive candidates to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Reviewing and qualifying inbound applications and managing responses•Maintaining candidate database and tracking
  • Providing administrative support for the recruitment teamSpecific

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Ongoing University/College studies (graduation date minimum Dec. 2025 as we are looking for an intern that can stay in the program for 6 months).
  • Excellent English communication and written skills.
  • Bachelor in Psychology, Administration or Human Resources.
  • Availability to work 40 hrs per week ideally or 30 hrs. per week.
  • Some experience using LinkedIn recruiter and other job sites to attract and build a pipeline of candidates and headhunt suitable candidates.
  • The ability to think creatively to source candidates.
  • Interest in MSCI’s business and recruitment
  • Previous experience of approaching and engaging passive candidates directly is a plus.
