Your Key Responsibilities

  • PowerPoint & Presentation Production

    • Apply and enforce brand guidelines, visual consistency, and messaging accuracy.
    • Ensure timely delivery and version control of presentation assets.
  • Campaign & Marketing Support
    • Support execution of go-to-market initiatives by assembling and updating marketing materials, email campaigns, fact sheets, and product sheets.
    • Coordinate asset development with internal teams and shared services.
    • Maintain content libraries and versioned material repositories.
  • Collaboration with COEs (Centers of Excellence)
    • Serve as liaison between Private Assets Marketing and COEs (Design, Editorial, Digital, Events) to manage workflows, approvals, and timelines.
    • Submit and track production requests; ensure alignment with campaign calendars and business priorities.
  • Operational Support
    • Assist with reporting, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and updating internal documentation.
    • Help maintain team project trackers and production schedules.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing production, marketing operations, or marketing coordinator role, preferably within the financial services or B2B technology sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with an eye for layout, design consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) is a plus.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) or project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of private markets, investment management, or institutional finance is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for formatting, design integrity, and accurate messaging.
  • Strong Project Management: Ability to manage multiple requests, meet tight deadlines, and handle cross-functional coordination.
  • Team-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with internal clients.
  • Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, suggest improvements, and adapt quickly.
