  • Maintain clear documentation of license approvals, pricing decisions, and signoffs. Own and maintain pre and post launch product pipelines.
  • Champion the use of AI to track fund flows and monitor competitive index licensing activity across global markets to maintain a deep understanding of trends in ETFs and passive investment strategies including the success of MSCI linked launches.
  • Collaborate on landscape mapping to identify white space, growth opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Compile key account insights including licensing activity, product shelf, fund flows, competitor benchmarks, and engagement history.
  • Help structure client-specific objectives, growth hypotheses, and commercial risk assessments.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, product or project management with in-region experience within Asset Management, ideally ETFs, advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects and driving measurable impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills and ability to work both independently and across teams.
