Your Team Responsibilities

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team supporting recruitment activities across the Americas region, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The team plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders by managing the operational steps of the hiring and onboarding process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.

  • Processing new hires.

  • Manage onboarding activities, including document collection and background checks.

  • Ensure all new hire steps are completed in time for a smooth start.

  • Support recruiters and HR generalists with operational tasks.

  • Help maintain data accuracy across systems and assist with reporting when needed.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with HR systems like iCIMS and Workday.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • English fluency required. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience supporting teams across different countries is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
