You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team supporting recruitment activities across the Americas region, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The team plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders by managing the operational steps of the hiring and onboarding process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Processing new hires.
Manage onboarding activities, including document collection and background checks.
Ensure all new hire steps are completed in time for a smooth start.
Support recruiters and HR generalists with operational tasks.
Help maintain data accuracy across systems and assist with reporting when needed.
1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Comfortable working with HR systems like iCIMS and Workday.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Experience supporting teams across different countries is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
