Your Team Responsibilities

The Index Client Services (CS) Support role is responsible for managing and processing academic data requests, ensuring compliance with MSCI's data usage policies, and maintaining high-quality engagement with academic institutions. This role now includes the application of basic AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and support MSCI’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Validate student requests by ensuring communication is through official university email addresses.
  • Data extraction and analysis for our Index products
  • Support on the administrative tasks of the Client Service team
  • Prepare and work on designated projects and recurrent tasks determined by the
    Client Service members
  • Participate on designated recurrent projects for the Coverage organization

 

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Utilize basic AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or internal platforms) to:
    • Draft templated responses for common student queries.
    • Assist in auto-validating email addresses and document attachments.
    • Extract structured information from unformatted student emails using AI-enhanced reading tools.
    • Flag duplicate or potentially non-compliant requests through pattern recognition.
    • Support the setup and use of AI chatbots or FAQ agents to reduce manual intervention in high-volume periods.
  • Students of 5th - 6th semester of Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
    administration related. This is a 12-month Intership.
  • A self-starter and highly motivated individual, with the ability to work individually and
    within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight,
    short-term deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team.
  • Understanding of international financial institutions and global financial markets
