The Identity and Authentication (IAM) team at MSCI builds a high-throughput, low-latency authentication and authorization platform based on microservices architecture with Java, NodeJS, and Go. Our solutions secure enterprise-wide access and evolve with business needs.
As a seasoned Java full-stack developer, you will design, develop, and maintain reactive, event-driven microservices primarily in Java, leveraging Project Reactor or RxJava to build asynchronous, resilient IAM services.
You will work with MongoDB for identity data persistence and use Azure Service Bus for inter-service messaging.
You will develop new backend features, refactor existing functionality into NodeJS when needed, and collaborate closely with architects, security teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure identity and access management solutions. Your work will include integrating protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP, and contributing to cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
Your strong background in IAM concepts—user lifecycle management, role- and attribute-based access control—and hands-on experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure) will enable you to enhance platform security and reliability continuously.
Experience with containerization, DevOps, and infrastructure management will be an added advantage.
