  • Collaborate with IT, Business, and Project teams to gather requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes related to corporate event data, contributing to increased efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data accuracy, completeness, and process quality, in alignment with MSCI’s data governance standards.
  • Proactively adopt and apply GenAI tools and practices, as mandated at MSCI, to enhance the quality, productivity, and innovation within the data collection workflow.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Strong interest and foundational knowledge in finance, capital markets, and corporate actions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key trends or anomalies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a global team environment and collaborate across cultures.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives with a strong sense of ownership.
