Your Team Responsibilities

About the Role

 

As the Head of Integrated Marketing Campaigns, you will be responsible for orchestrating and driving end-to-end marketing campaign development and execution across Product Marketing and the Centers of Excellence (Brand & Content, Client Insights & Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Corporate Communications). Serving as the key integrator between teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution, as well as a consistent narrative.  The leader in this role will be responsible for managing and developing a team of ten marketing professionals across regions.

 

Additionally, this role is central to the success of our “Marketing Factory” operational process, ensuring campaigns are integrated, synchronized and audience centric.  You’ll be responsible for optimizing how cross-functional teams work together to deliver high-impact campaigns that support strategic business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead integrated campaign development

  • Collaborate with product marketing and client segment leads to ensure campaigns have clearly defined target audience & persona and value proposition to guide campaign planning and content delivery and maximize relevance and performance.
  • Champion a customer-first approach to campaign design, through an integrated connections planning strategy designed to access the target audience across the relevant touch points with consistency in messaging.
  • Drive coordination across brand & content, digital marketing and communications teams, ensuring that each campaign touchpoint is aligned with the overall strategy and contributes to a cohesive customer experience.
  • Establish KPIs and performance tracking for integrated campaigns to measure impact and optimize future efforts.

 

Master process management & optimization

  • Strengthen the ‘Marketing Factory’ process to facilitate collaboration and alignment across Product Marketing and the Centers of Excellence to deliver cross-functional integrated marketing campaigns aligned to product priorities.
  • Implement best practices in campaign planning, workflow management, and execution bringing speed, consistency and accountability.
  • Ensure the campaign workflow moves smoothly through all stages & gates of the Marketing Factory, removing bottlenecks and improving time to market.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define campaign priorities, resources, and deliverables across teams.
  • Partner across functions when campaigns are a process into other cross-functional processes.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.

 

Embrace new technology platforms & AI

  • Identify and implement AI-driven marketing automation solutions to enhance personalization and efficiency.
  • Support the adoption and usage of marketing tools and platforms that improve visibility, execution, and team productivity.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to continuously refine marketing planning and operations.
  • Lead AI marketing strategy and plan across the function.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of relevant experience or a proven track record of leading large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns and marketing operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional and global marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, financial services, and technology-driven environments is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of brand, content strategy, digital marketing, events and communications.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Strong process orientation with a passion for workflow optimization and cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience using campaign management or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) and latest AI tools.
  • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
