Your Team Responsibilities

The Coverage Transformation team is focused on driving scalable, data-informed, and seller-centric change across our global sales organization. As a team, we partner closely with Client Coverage, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Product and Technology stakeholders to:

  • Deliver strategic programs and transformation initiatives that increase sales efficiency and reduce cycle time

  • Standardize core sales processes and coverage models to support consistent and scalable execution

  • Modernize legacy workflows through automation and next-gen tools with a strong commitment for leveraging AI

  • Promote adoption of critical platforms—especially Salesforce—for pipeline, client engagement and performance optimization
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of transformation on revenue growth and sales effectiveness

  • Serve as the central orchestrator for program rollout, stakeholder engagement, and change management

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining how we operate across the sales lifecycle. You'll partner closely with senior sales leaders to identify opportunities, shape strategies, and lead initiatives that boost efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue growth.

  • Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs—from opportunity assessment through design, execution, and impact measurement

  • Assess current sales processes and systems to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or redesign
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning with business goals and sales strategies
  • Champion the effective use of Salesforce and other sales efficiency tools across the sales organization to drive data integrity, visibility, and efficiency
  • Build business cases and define performance metrics to assess impact and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders—ensuring alignment, engagement, and adoption throughout transformation efforts

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

You are a seasoned Transformation Professional with 8+ years of experience working with sales, go-to-market, or operational teams. You bring a unique combination of strategic thinking, process expertise, and change leadership. You also bring:

  • Proven experience leading transformation or change management initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, coverage models, and enterprise sales cycles

  • Expertise in Salesforce and sales technology optimization

  • Ability to synthesize data and feedback into actionable strategies

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills

  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities

  • A builder’s mindset, with comfort navigating ambiguity, identifying opportunities, and driving outcomes
