Your Team Responsibilities

This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to MSCI’s second largest office in India.  It requires exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  The individual will serve as a coordinator between internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Event & Office Coordination:

  • Professional and reliable first point of administratitve contact
  • Coordinate office events to include town halls / fireside chats and leadership visits
  • Plan and maintain the event calendar, avoiding conflicts.
  • Manage logistics and follow-ups for Global Orientation sessions.
  • Work closely with Mumbai EA, to ensure seamless alignment with the Mumbai, Coimbatore and Bengaluru office locations.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist local Managing Directors with adhoc scheduling and Travel & Expense requests
  • Manage ground transport, onsite office support during senior management visits.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation as required.
  • Maintain the site recognition board to highlight achievements.
  • Manage the Pune Mgmt. Committee meeting calendar and agenda to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate budget requests for ERGs and office events.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilitiesAttention to detail essential together with logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible and reliable working attitude required dependent on needs sometimes outside of working hours
  • Tact and good judgement in confidential situations and experience interacting with Senior Management and Clients.
