Your Team Responsibilities

We are seeking an intern to join our IT Change Management team. The IT Change Management team operates under the IT Risk area and is responsible for controlling IT changes and ensuring quality. This role provides a great opportunity to gain insight into how operations, governance, and risk handling merge in a professional setting. Among the regulations and standards we adhere to are ITIL, NIST, SOC, and BMR. The new intern will partially take on change management tasks, becoming familiar with local regulations, supporting audits, international standards, and processes. Once the basic skills are acquired, the intern will participate in automating certain processes as a part-time developer.

Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Perform change management tasks and controls based on knowledge of IT Change Management processes, including making approvals.
  • Act as a change management contact point for any questions related to change management.
  • Support team members and assist with ad-hoc requests.
  • Participate in regular control processes and contribute to their development.
  • Review and test training modules.
  • Test IT change management developments at both process and data levels.
  • Develop automated solutions, reports, dashboards, training modules.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

 

  • Strong English language skills, as the tasks will involve collaboration with colleagues of various nationalities.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work independently based on given instructions.
  • Studies in STEM fields.
  • Willingness to learn and reliability.
  • Python development knowledge (Note: This is not a full time developer position)
  • Studies in Information Technology (IT) are an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or SNOW tools is an advantage.
  • Experience using Power BI is an advantage.
