Your Team Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our Dispute Management Team. This role focuses on investigating and resolving Billing, Collections and Accounts Receivable disputes, ensuring timely support and resolution. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to address discrepancies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate financial records.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve Billing, Collections and Accounts Receivable discrepancies and customer disputes related to invoices, credit memos, and payment allocations.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Salesforce cases, including creation, monitoring, follow-up, and escalation to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to gather necessary documentation for dispute resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to explain findings and propose solutions.
  • Process paid cancel allocations and refund requests where applicable.
  • Analyze recurring dispute patterns and suggest process improvements to minimize future collections and billing issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on dispute trends, resolution times, and financial impacts.
  • Participate in special projects, including partnership-related tasks and system enhancements.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in a Finance department, with focus on Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Dispute management or Accounts Payable areas is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Solid writing and communication abilities to effectively convey financial information.
  • Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar), Power BI and Microsoft Excel is desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
