MSCI is seeking a Managed Services Operations Intern as part of our Global Managed Services Operations team. As a member of our team, this candidate will be responsible to assist with continuous process improvement, automation initiatives, and integrating AI for Managed Services Operations to achieve our operational goals more efficiently. Managed Services Operations Intern will also work with product developers and telemetry teams.
- Identify operational efficiency alerts. Assist in integrating AI to tools in monitoring key performance indicators and operational data to detect deviations from expected performance and generate alerts; further contribute by defining thresholds and analyzing alert data for improvement
- Collaborate with Product Developers. Assist in developing AI-driven projects for Managed Solutions by providing support in coding, testing and debugging. Interns will be participating in meetings and workshops related to the project.
- Review and enhance existing scripts to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Implement new automation for repetitive manual tasks.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams to discuss the ideas and strategies
- Create reports and dashboards that will improve data gathering and analysis of the team using Power BI
