Your Team Responsibilities

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated team member to join our Account Receivable team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the daily management of cash for accounts receivable collections, ensuring accurate allocation of funds and contributing to the efficiency of our financial operations. This individual will work closely with the finance team to maintain smooth cash flow processes and support the timely resolution of any billing or allocation discrepancies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Activity Review: Monitor and review daily cash activity across Americas, EMEA, and APAC bank accounts, ensuring accurate application of cash to customer accounts.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Collections and Billing teams to address allocation discrepancies, billing concerns, tax issues, and other related matters.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare cash analysis reports and accounts receivable turnover reports for senior management
    • Support weekly cash flow forecasting of the company’s accounts receivables.
  • Month-End Close: Compile and prepare monthly accounts receivable reports as part of the financial close process.
  • Innovation Projects: Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency in cash application, reporting, and reconciliation.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance department, with a focus on accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable (experience in these areas is a plus).
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid writing and communication abilities to effectively convey financial information.
  • Education: A college degree is required, with a preference for degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial software such as Salesforce or SAP is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Power BI (PBI) for reporting and data visualization is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
