Your Team Responsibilities

The Coverage Transformation team is revolutionizing our business by streamlining how we engage with clients and sell our services. As we implement new processes and technologies, having a Specialist in the APAC region is crucial. This role will ensure the successful adoption of these changes, directly impacting our ability to improve client engagements and drive sales. The Specialist will serve as a key liaison, building strong relationships with our sales teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project rollouts, and effectively leveraging Salesforce and other relevant technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Document and communicate enhancements to business processes, participate in their design and modification, and ensure smooth project rollouts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant technologies to assist with enhancements. integration, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution, identifying root causes and investigating mitigation plans.
  • Develop high-quality training materials, conduct engaging live webinars, and gather feedback to continuously improve the learning experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and driving successful project outcomes.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Minimum 7yrs experience in the following areas:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding and with at least 3 yrs of experience in Salesforce and other relevant technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
