Your Team Responsibilities

The MSCI Wealth marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy and campaigns to support MSCI’s ambitious objectives in the Wealth Management segment. The marketing organization at MSCI is a dynamic and fast-growing global function responsible for marketing and communicating our solutions and services to the world’s investors to help them build better portfolios.

 

As a leading provider of portfolio management, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) ratings, indexes and analytical tools, we continue to grow our global footprint with institutional investors, asset/wealth managers, banks, hedge funds, pension funds, advisors and corporations. 

The role of Senior Associate, Wealth Management Marketing, sits at the intersection of the organization and is pivotal in accelerating our wealth management solutions globally.

 

This is a highly collaborative role with a terrific opportunity for impact, working across the organization, and with senior members of the marketing team in PR, content, design, digital, events, and product. MSCI Wealth is a growing player in the segment, creating solutions to help firms with investment decision making as well as the construction and management of client portfolios. We are looking for an action-oriented marketing professional with a passion for building a sustainable future to jump into a fast-paced, high growth team.

 

The Senior Associate, Wealth Management Marketing will report into the Head of Marketing, Wealth Management within the MSCI product marketing team. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross functional marketing teams to deliver wealth segment focused campaigns, from vision to strategy and execution, including success metrics and audience / segment targeting 
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and senior leaders to refine messaging and positioning for research and product campaigns 
  • Successfully project manage collateral creation and campaign deliverables cross-functionally at the firm and with external agencies and developers where necessary 
  • Develop and oversee content updates, creative ideas, and digital-first educational tools for MSCI Wealth landing pages on msci.com 
  • Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance and updates of MSCI Wealth evergreen collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets, and brochures
  • Stratify and respond to requests from the client coverage organization and product teams for new client-centric materials 
  • Track and report on campaign success, including awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Monitor and maintain awareness of new trends and the changing landscape in the global wealth management industry including advances in macro trends, emerging wealth tech capabilities, and the latest practice management trends 

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Communications, Business Management or related field 
  • Demonstrated understanding and passion for investment solutions, with a preference for marketing experience at a financial institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, refine and communicate the various voices and messages of the company to key stakeholders; as well as strong project management skills to coordinate and influence the different teams globally
  • A general understanding of the global wealth management segment
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders across corporate environments, professional services, etc.
  • 4+ years’ experience in driving product marketing and communications strategies
  • Excellent program management, administration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to embrace and take ownership of projects
  • Global awareness and sensitivity in working across time zones and cultures
