Your Team Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the social media team to create and execute effective social media strategies 
  • Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) while maintaining our editorial calendar 
  • Monitor and report on social media performance utilizing analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement 
  • Support the communications team in crisis management by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media data and sentiment 
  • Contribute to the expansion of our employee advocacy program and the distribution of curated content 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, and deliver social strategies for campaigns 
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor insights 
  • Stay informed about current social media trends and best practices to enhance our overall strategy continuously 
  • Propose innovative ideas and concepts for engaging social media content 

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • A degree in Marketing or Social Media Marketing is preferred 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent organizational abilities with proven multitasking skills 
  • Prior experience in social media management  
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms; familiarity with the Sprinklr Platform is advantageous but not mandatory 
  • Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms, best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends 
  • A creative mindset capable of generating compelling content 
  • Strong critical thinking skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities 
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
