Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI is seeking a talented ACD/Sr. Copywriter to join our dynamic in-house creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role blends creative concept generation with high-quality copywriting and strategic thinking. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand voice and crafting compelling content across various digital platforms, and you will work closely with your Art Director partner on high-level campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content for social media, video, email, sales materials, event promotions, and more. 
  • Collaborate closely with your Art Director partner to produce innovative digital content. 
  • Lead concept development for new campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand voice. 
  • Partner with product marketers, research content marketing, and design teams to create holistic campaigns. 
  • Write and edit copy for social media, video, email, sales materials, event promotions, and more. 
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to creative team members. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. 
  • Identify new opportunities and trends in the market to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant. 

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Degree in related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a copywriter at an agency or in-house creative team, with a focus on financial services and B2B marketing. 
  • Proven expertise in social media content creation and video script development. 
  • Ability to craft big ideas and experiences for multi-channel campaigns. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. 
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
