Your Team Responsibilities

The Professional Services Analyst is part of the Professional Services team within the Global Strategic Sourcing Department. This person, based in MSCI Monterrey Office, will support the Corporate Insurance and Professional Services activities on the day-to-day operation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Insurance area with the daily operations such as certificate requests, invoice processing, general questions, among others.
  • Establish a relationship with the insurance broker.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and quarterly budget updates.
  • Manage insurance claims, coordinate with the broker and insurers.
  • Support the Professional Services buyers and administrative tasks.
  • Implement governance measures around Temp workers.
    • Verify invoices for accuracy (hours worked and rates).
    • Auditing the Purchase Orders issued.
  • Work on Sharepoint automatization projects for both Corporate Insurance and Professional Services.
  • Update Documents: trainings, contacts, operation manuals, etc.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Studies related to Commerce and Business Administration or in similar corporate function.
  • Experience related to Commerce, Business Administration, Vendor Management, Procurement or in similar corporate function.
  • Fluent Business English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organization skills, reliable, service oriented, self-started.
  • Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment and to prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Positive result focused attitude with strong work ethics; able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Professional, proactive, and with analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient and reliable assistance, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel, MS Office applications
