Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI’s Korea Coverage team is looking for a Generalist Sales Specialist to continue to support the growth in Korea.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Institutional Sell-Side sales coverage for MSCI (the role may also include responsibilities in Real Estate Sales, focusing on MSCI's real estate data and analytics solutions.)
  • Achieve forecasted revenue, renewal and profitability targets
  • Nurture existing relationships and prospect aggressively to establish new ones
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve cross-segment opportunities and synergies

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and Sell-Side product landscape, use cases and end users
  • Good understanding of active and passive index fund strategies
  • An understanding of the ESG market and how ESG factors impact the investment process
  • Interest and some knowledge of Commercial Real Estate market is a plus
  • Understanding of and/or experience of strategic and consultative selling
  • Ability to develop and manage sales efforts to build and manage a pipeline of potential revenue
  • Demonstratable oral, written and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude coupled with self-drive
  • Comfortable working in fast growing, rapidly changing environment.
  • University graduate and/or with professional qualification, e.g. CFA, FRM, etc
  • Minimum 5 years of institutional coverage experience
  • Oral and written fluency in English required
