We are currently seeking an associate to join our Real Estate Client Service organization in Monterrey, Mexico. This position is best suited for a results-driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic and interest in the Investment Finance field. You will have a unique opportunity to work with a cross-functional global team, build professional connections, and learn the business model and the intricacies of this industry. The main role for this position is to be part of the Real Estate Client Service Team by preparing information, analyzing data and account maintenance. The role also includes strategic support activities such as preparing presentation, dashboards, handling clients and coverage requests, acknowledging cases, and actively participating in presentations and projects for the coverage organization.
• Data extraction and analysis for our Real Estate products to support the coverage team´s commercial activities.
• Support on the administrative tasks of the Real Estate Client Service team
• Prepare and work on designated projects and recurrent tasks od the Real Estate Client Service team
• Participate on designated recurrent projects for the Coverage organization.
• Act as point of contact between clients, coverage and internal teams for routine inquiries and data requests.
•Participate in developing client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients.
•Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodology.
•Act as point of contact for routine inquiries and data requests
• Help the team answering client calls
