As the leading provider of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Research, Ratings, and Indexes, we continue to grow our presence with the world's largest asset managers, banks, hedge funds, pension funds, wealth managers, and corporations. Central to our clients’ focus on ESG issues is the impact climate change and biodiversity will have on their investment portfolios or lending and underwriting books from both a risk and opportunity perspective. We seek to expand our client-facing team with a commercially-minded individual who will serve as a technical Climate and Nature Solutions Specialist to prospective and existing clients in the EMEA region. The Specialist will be a subject matter expert on MSCI’s climate and biodiversity models and relevant industry and regulatory frameworks and an integral part of the business development team. This individual will work closely with our regional relationship managers and client coverage teams, providing climate and biodiversity expertise and insights in client discussions across the EMEA region. The specialist further helps clients to better use climate and nature solutions in the context of different client use cases, also leveraging wider MSCI solutions across MSCI Analytics, Index, or Private Capital solutions. This role will ideally be based at MSCI’s Paris office, France, but could also be located at one of MSCI’s other offices in Europe.
