Your Team Responsibilities

The Analytics Program Management team is responsible for driving technical execution of risk analytics products and solution development bridging product, coverage, engineering, data and research to collaborate and execute product development and maintenance with a client-centric focus.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical delivery of Analytics programs by collaborating with data, research, engineering, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance. 
  • Create program collateral, requirements specifications, and functional and technical designs in addition to ownership and priorization of the program backlog.
  • Build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders across functions by effectively communicating program plans, progress towards business goals, and status through reports and steering committees based on business objectives.
  • Bring clarity to stakeholders to enable better decision-making and accountability on the program strategy to improve the customer experience. This includes aligning multiple internal business or development teams on operations and development.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Degree or equivalent work experience on finance, business, computer science or scientific fields.
  • Deep experience in owning and driving the ‘What & Why,' technical depth to influence the ‘How,' driving execution across globally matrixed teams, making reversible decisions and critical trade-offs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, specifically writing skills and formal presentation skills to technical and non-technical partners, and customers.
  • Experience in defining success metrics and outcomes and making data-driven decisions to influence feature priorities.
  • Experience working with clients, technical teams, and management to collect and translate customer/business needs into detailed product requirements and functional/technical specs.
  • Experience working on agile development teams and knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
