Your Team Responsibilities

Position Overview

We build software to generate data that is used by our clients to identify and analyze the exposure of companies, properties, and financial assets to climate change risks and opportunities. Our models cover policy, technology and physical risks and translate these into relevant metrics for global investors. It is our goal to alert investors of the climate risk profiles of their investments and to tackle climate change at the roots. Our mission is a big one and we are looking for talented people to join us. The team you will be joining is responsible that the data that goes to our clients meets ever-increasing quality demands and is delivered through all channels in a timely and reliable manner. Your role is essential to the team's success, through ensuring meticulous planning that accounts for multiple constraints while maintaining a strong focus on meeting client’s expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Scope of Responsibility

  • Planning and coordination of our releases and related processes with internal stakeholders in research and engineering, program management, and product.
  • Managing and actively participating in production processes and problem-solving where needed.
  • Contributing to our internal documentation and client-facing documentation relating to our release processes.
  • Active monitoring of our data, keeping eyes on data changes by our releases and external changes, in collaboration with research teams.
  • Gathering data and metrics to monitor and improve our processes.

 

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • 4-6 years of relevant industry experience
  • A strong eye for detail and exceptional planning skills, capable of managing complex workflows and ensuring precision in every aspect of project execution.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and pro-active attitude, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-cultural and geographically distributed team.
  • Familiarity with data quality and -management tools is a plus.
