The MSCI ESG Client Request Management supports all MSCI ESG Research products and services. The team creates, maintains, and reviews all ESG data feeds delivered via an internal proprietary application. The team produces and delivers various reports that include Audit Reports, Gap Analysis for data feed clients receiving custom and enhanced feeds as well as manages client inquiries in conjunction with our analysts in ESG Data and Research teams and our colleagues in ESG Coverage groups.  Finally, the team provides quality assurance oversight of ESG data feeds and project releases. 

The ESG Custom Services Analyst for Datafeed and project testing is generally accountable for the following:

• Creation and implementation of data feed requests for existing and new clients. This includes simple and more complex onboarding requests.
• Execute established quality assurance processes to maintain accuracy in data feeds.
• Monitor quality assurance metrics to identify potential data issues and taking ownership of investigation and resolution for all issues that are identified
• Follow standard operating procedures for global data and process management
• Monitor and work toward key performance indicators that are critical to achieving department goals and performance objectives
• Produce Audit Reports and Gap analyses and assist in delivering final deliverable to clients.
• Conduct testing when relevant on back office system and client facing applications to ensure no impact to custom data feeds.

• experience in data operations, quality control, support or client service
• Bachelor’s college degree in Information Management, International Business, or similar concentration
• Demonstrated analytical skills; ownership over his/her work and/or assigned subject
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, background in process-oriented tasks
• Excellent English comprehension (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a global team, especially in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple tasks
• Familiarity with data science and database management is a plus
