Your Team Responsibilities

Key support in financial analysis, operations and managing product leads & functional stakeholders. Candidate will be part of FP&A team which is involved in tracking financials, investments, operating metrics, building controls & enhancing transparency around the existing processes. Stakeholder and relationship management would be a key aspect of this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

1) Create financial / non-financial / business analysis on a pro-active basis. Summarize conclusions and provide key takeaways to business units, corporate finance, and senior management.
2) Working on various management decks like board plan, QBR and internal financial information pack etc.
3) Ad-hoc financial analysis including FX and handling queries on reports delivered.
4) Should have ability to translate/ connect financials performances with the overall product & business development.
5) Should possess strong FP&A skillset to provide support on Budget & Forecast processes, review of investment framework & methodology and handling queries.
6) Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
7) Develop and generate financial reports, both routine and ad-hoc and will be responsible for automation of current processes.
8) Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.
9) Driving standardization & automation through BI tool of existing reports and development of new reports (including liaising with corporate finance IT) based on the requirements.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

· 7-10 relevant years of experience
· Bachelors required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
· Strong finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal.
· Accounting/FPA experience gained in both the public and private sectors.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Access & Power BI
· Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Demonstrated Stakeholder Management skills.
· Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind.
